If you purchase the Founders Lifetime Deal and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
To request a refund:
After 14 days, the Founders deal is non-refundable. This is a one-time lifetime payment and the value is locked in from day one.
Your Founders access is valid for as long as DealerPlaybook remains operational. In the unlikely event we permanently shut down the Service, we will provide at least 90 days' notice via email and will issue pro-rated refunds at our discretion based on how recently the purchase was made.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from within the account settings or by contacting support@dealerplaybook.ai. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle — we do not prorate or refund partial months of a subscription.
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once the period begins. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases where:

The free plan has no charges and therefore no refund policy applies. You may delete your account at any time.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@dealerplaybook.ai before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We resolve virtually all billing issues directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
